The club has a two large rooms that house a large competition ring, punch bags, speed balls, weights, multi station gym as well the latest cardio vascular running and rowing machines. There are men’s and women’s changing and showering facilities and lockers.


Our ethos is to provide an affordable and accessible boxing facility where young people can come and enjoy the benefits of boxing and improve their health and fitness, as well as learn discipline, respect and confidence. Every level of ability is welcomed and catered for, from the beginner just wanting to get fit, to those who want to pursue a career in boxing. The dedicated coaches are committed to their members and recognise that the need of providing first class training sessions but also the importance of mentoring and being role models to those that attend, to counter the many negative influences around their lives. The club promotes a ‘Spirit of Excellence’ in a positive and disciplined atmosphere in which members are encouraged to develop their full potential not just in boxing but also in important life skills that bring benefit to the individual and also have far reaching positive effects in their families and communities.
